Swimming

Danny's high school swim team competed in an Invitational in Lubbock, TX this weekend. I went with them since we were off school Friday and Monday. We left on Friday morning at 6:00am and got to Lubbock about 11:30am. Thank goodness we didn't have to take a yellow dog (aka school bus). When teams have to make that long of a trip they rent charter buses. The kids swam prelims on Friday and then Finals on Saturday. The kids did pretty well - Danny won't allow me to tell you any places or times in case the competition is reading this. We would hate for them to be able to use it to make their line ups for the District Swim meet in 2 weeks. We got back last night about 10:30.
