Recipe - Pannekoekens

Pannekoekens
Melt 3/4 stick of butter in glass 9x13 pan in 375 degree oven
Beat 5 eggs well (hand mixer)
Add 1 1/4 C flour
Add 1 1/4 C Milk
Add 2 tablespoons powdered sugar
Mix well and pour into hot melted butter
Bake for 20-22 minutes
Eat right away (although they aren't too bad cold)
Add pie filling of your choice and top with powdered sugar

**Glass pans work best**
**Don't open the oven while cooking or it will 'fall'**
